Our largest and most flexible venue can accommodate up to 250 guests for meetings, 220 for dinner and 300 for mingling. In connection with our latest renovation at Hotel Continental, Teatersalen underwent extensive upgrades and was adorned with stunning new chandeliers.
With state-of-the-art AV equipment, HD projectors, good acoustics and a new ventilation system, Teatersalen is perfect for all kinds of meetings and conferences. A fully integrated sound system and new programmable lighting make it even easier to set the right mood for your event in this unique hall, whether it's a wedding, company party or Christmas party.
Our Executive Chef and his team ensure delicious menus made with high-quality ingredients. Technical equipment is readily available and Teatersalen is often used for larger press conferences. The surroundings create a great atmosphere for all occasions, and the large windows provide plenty of daylight. Teatersalen can be divided into two sections, Teatersalen I and Teatersalen II, which also makes it suitable for smaller events.
Teatersalen is the hotel's largest wedding venue. It seats up to 104 guests for a ceremony, up to 220 for a wedding dinner on long tables, and up to 300 for a standing reception. Seated dinner capacity varies with the setup, from around 126 with a stage and round tables to 220 without a stage. With a stage, standing receptions accommodate up to 250.
